A very disappointing ending to a great series. Shame on you Jean M Auel.
I was really looking forward to reading this book after enjoying all of the other books in the series. I was disappointed to find that a good portion of the book was spent reminding the reader who each character was and what had happened in the other books leading up to this one.
Jean M Auel has a way of telling a story that prevents you from putting the book down, exciting, interesting and stimulates the imagination
I love this series. My Niece is named Ayla after the main Character. Waited a long time for this book. A great read but nothing compared to the previous books. Start with Clan of the cave bear, then you will be hooked too.
What an orsum book, get it read it and love it, you won't be dissappointed
