Inspired by the Consumer Credit Act 2006, this detailed work offers practical guidance on the legislation. Author Biography:

The authors are all members of the bar, practising in consumer credit law from Gough Square Chambers. Six are recommended practitioners in the 2006 edition of the Legal 500 Directory, five of whom are similarly recommended in the Chambers and Partners UK Directory 2006. The Chambers and Partners UK Directory describes Gough Square as "the consumer law set ".
