Dr Pam Spurr is an award-winning radio presenter, self help expert, relationship, sex and behaviour expert. Dr Pam is the author of 14 self-help books on topics including sex, dating, happiness, emotional eating and dream interpretation. Her books have been published in many territories around the world and The Laws of Sisterhood is her 15th book. Her first book for New Holland Publishers was The Emotional Eater's Diet published June 2014.Pam has appeared as a contributor on countless TV programmes including This Morning, Loose Women, The Wright Stuff, BBC Breakfast and for ten years running as a resident behaviour expert on Big Brother's Little Brother and Big Brother's Bit on the Side and Celebrity Bit on the Side. Dr Pam is also a regular pundit and commentator on a huge variety of television programmes such as many of the 'Top Ten' series on Channel 4 and Channel 5.Dr Pam Spurr has presently, and previously had, numerous magazine and internet columns including a weekly sex and relationship column on iVillage.co.uk for ten years, on MSN for eight years, on AOL for four years, Cosmo Brides, Love It!, Sunday magazine, Weekend magazine (the Saturday Mail), Scarlet magazine, and others through which she's advised millions of people.Dr Pam can be heard weekly on radio in the UK on various stations. She writes on a weekly basis for national newspapers with pieces appearing in the Sun, Daily Mail, the Mirror, the Express and The Times and she has an online column with the Sun newspaper, now running for nearly four years.
