All this suggests that the Supervisor need have but little imagination to see that (ii he is to succeed) the Board, the Superintendent, the thirty-five teachers and himself must constitute a working unit. Furthermore, it should be easy for him to understand that the thirteen hundred children are not the endpoint of all the effort that is centered upon them. What they be come capable of doing does not cease with them. It moves on to an ever-widening area of in fluence. If now he will take his place and look beyond the children and out upon the com munity from which they come, he will see this.
