A world-weary man finds his career and personal life in shambles. To make matters worse, his wife has engaged in a rather heated affair with an attorney, a fact he discovers when his wife accidentally calls home and gives him a ringside seat to just how heated things are. Broke, disenchanted and numb, Rick takes a vacation he cannot afford to sort out his life, if possible.
