Great book, balances science with the ‘how-to’ side of things well. A must read for all those interested in Paleo eating. Great meal plans as well.

The science behind Paleo is incredibly interesting stuff. This diet works after just 2 weeks, I feel better, people comment that I look better. In the 50's only a few people believed that smoking was dangerous, now everyone does. I think the same will happen with grains after reading this.
