However life as a pirate on the open seas is a complicated one and because he was born on a leap year, Frederic isn't technically 21 – meaning the Pirate King is destined to remain his master for the next 63 years. To compound his awkward situation Frederic is destined to face the Pirate King’s new arch rival, who also happens to be Mabel’s father.
