I have either never heard of these foods/condiments or they are put in the strangest combinations ever (kale and popcorn, jello in vegetable and fruit juice). The book is written for people buying American products and the shopping lists for each week are 3.5 pages long. Wanted to like it, but don't think I will be using it.

Author Biography:
