Author Biography

Stuart Trotter, children's illustrator of many years experience including Postman Pat, Kipper, Winnie the Pooh, Wallace and Gromit, and most recently announced as Egmonts illustrator for Classic Rupert Annuals 2008 and 2009. Created independent children's picture book publishers, Rockpool Children's Books in 2006 with the launch of four titles Big Bully Hippo, Greedy Grumpy Hippo, Boomerang Bear, and My Perfect Pet. Two new titles to be released in the UK in September 2007, The Princess Who Couldn't Sleep and Scaredy Cat. Success in Bologna 2007 with sale of Toddlersaurus to Barnes and Noble for publication in July 2008.Toddlersaurus series of four books sold to Australia and published in UK January 2008.What am I? asked Butterfly was written and illustrated in association with Chester Zoo to accompany the opening of their new Butterfly house.
