The first new propulsion method conjectured in this new series involves macroscopic space-time expansion and contraction effects for modifying the apparent velocity of a star-ship. Accordingly, such undulations not only effect the perceived translational speed of the craft, but also the wavelengths of the incident matter and energy waves. Accordingly, such mechanisms are assumed to exist and thus modify the velocity of the spacecraft by momentum exchange.
