David Bedford was a scientist for ten years before becoming a full-time writer. He is the author of over forty books for children, which have been translated into twenty languages around the world, from Turkey to Thailand, and Australia to Iceland. He lives by the sea in Norfolk, England, with his wife and two young children. Becka Moor studied illustration in the North of Wales at Glyndwr University. She has since moved back home to Manchester where she works under the strict supervision of two very mischievous cats, doodling away and drinking far too much coffee.
