Jeff C. West is an entrepreneur with over 30 years' experience in sales, sales management, and business ownership. He has coached and led sales teams in multiple industries and has been among the top sales performers and sales managers in the nation. For over twenty years, Jeff was in the voluntary insurance benefits industry with a Fortune 500(R) insurance company. He built and led large commission sales teams into qualifying for numerous awards for management excellence, National Conventions and President's Club. After 20 years in field leadership, Jeff published his first book, The Unexpected Tour Guide - a heart-warming parable that teaches valuable life lessons and sales principles. Jeff is now a sought after corporate speaker, sales and sales leadership trainer, and organizational growth coach. Although Jeff has lived in Texas for over twenty-four years now, he is originally from Dalton, Georgia, a small town in the northwest corner of the state. That blend of the two states that he calls home come together giving Jeff a story telling style that is both easy to read and highly effective at teaching principles for success in sales and entrepreneurialship. Jeff has earned a B.S. Ed. from Jacksonville State University; a M.M. from Texas A&M University, Commerce; a CLF(R) from the American College, and is a member of the National Speakers Association. Jeff has two adult daughters, Lindsay and Whitney, and he currently resides in the Houston, Texas area with his lovely wife, Laurie.
