Revelation 12:7, 9, 12 As Father John tends his garden, he is startled by a stranger whom his order has awaited since the time of Moses. From ancient etchings in the Vatican Vaults seen only by a chosen few each lifetime, he knows the stranger. His clandestine order, charged with guarding the world's most powerful, sacred relics for millennia, has been keeping watch of one regarded as the most beautiful weapon ever forged in the fires of the sun. The legendary sword of the Archangel Michael. Hours before, three SETI scientists capture a series of satellite photos of an intense column of light colliding with earth. One frame seems to have captured the shadowy image of a man. A man with wings. Determined to beat the government to the discovery, they quickly set out to find the visitor. Learning of the phenomenon, the President and U.S. government ally with the SETI group and join the mission to locate the extraterrestrial. Unbeknownst to the scientists, their escorts are ordered to contact, detain and, if necessary, destroy the being. Accompanied by Father John, Michael searches the planet for his one time brother and greatest nemesis, Sataniel, who has also returned to earth, but precipitately, breaking his million-year old covenant with God.
