Description

This is a book devoted to spiritual awakening and freedom from suffering. The author has devoted a lifetime to serving those who are open to what he calls The Way of Grace. The spiritual pointers and principles expressed in this short manuscript lead to the ability to see life through fresh eyes uncontaminated by the ego's judgments and opinions. The Way of Grace, simply put, is learning to perceive life as it is, and rather than resisting or opposing it, "going with the flow". One can rightly say, that all psychological pain is the result of resistance. As stated in the book, "when we stop opposing reality, action becomes simple, fluid, kind, and fearless.

Author Biography:

Mark Pope is a spiritual teacher and minister. He began to undergo spiritual awakening in 1971 while facing a life sentence for crimes he did not commit. Prior to this Mark had been incarcerated for seven years in various institutions including a maximum security unit of the Texas penitentiary. Mark has followed an eclectic spiritual path for 40 years. He says, "I am most interested in the freedom from psychological suffering that comes when we return our attention to the Infinite Formless Dimension or Source of mercy and clarity. This Source is always already here and now though often overlooked."
