Dressed up from head to toe in cowboy hats, chaps and boots, the four Aussie buckaroos are headed to the Town Fair country cook-off. Along the way, they have a fiesta with some friends and "rock out" with Captain Feathersword on the drums. Hustling on down to town, The Wiggles lose their way and stumble upon the Great Western Cafe, where they find their friends Dorothy the Dinosaur, Henry the Octopus, Wags the Dog, and Alfonso the Master Pasta Maker. The cafe's going broke, so they convince Alfonso to enter his scrumptious pasta dish in the Fair cook-off. But there's a hitch: Alfonso has lost his "secret ingredient"! With a little help from their friends, The Wiggles save the day - and the cafe - and ride off into the sunset looking for their next adventure.
