David has conducted ground-breaking research inleadership development and is the author of several best-sellingbooks and many articles on the topic. Teresa Freire is Assistant Professor in the School of Psychologyat the University of Minho, Portugal, where she coordinatesresearch on positive psychology, leads the university s peertutoring and coaching project and directs its PsychologicalCounseling Service.
