Great book, covers all muscle groups (even those problem areas) and has suggested workouts for all your needs – and how to progress them to avoid stagnating. Easy to follow.
Book is brilliant, will have a new body shape before to long!!
Apart from motivation (which you have to provide yourself) this book has everything to get you started on a strength training program on your own. Anyone can go to a gym and hop on a treadmill, but creating a strength training workout which will get you the results you want and won't leave you with pulled muscles or injuries is harder to get right for beginners. This book has every exercise you can imagine clearly explained and various workout plans you can follow to achieve different results. I recommend it.
This is a great book, clear photos, well laid out and very comprehensive.
I'd recommend this book to any woman looking for workout ideas. Easy to follow workouts to suit all abilities.
