The World Ends With You: Final Remix is fantastic, with it's very unique story, it's diverse and excellent soundtrack and it's outstanding and stylish visuals in which I find it hard to believe this was a Nintendo DS title. The Final Remix version of this game looks great and sounds great, only complimenting the game even further, however with all these good things, there is only one glaring issue, that being controls. You can play in two ways, in docked mode with a Joy-con and Handheld mode with touch controls, the only ideal way to play this game is with the touch controls. The docked controls IS playable, however one the Joy-con goes off center, you'll need to realign it, which only takes a few seconds, however, those are a few seconds that take you out of the experience, plus a lot of actions to activate your attacks are best done through touch controls. This game is amazing and without a doubt one of Tetsuya Nomura's greatest works, if you can tolerate the Joy-con controls or make use of the touch controls, this JRPG is a blast to play.
