THIS BOOK IS ABOUT WHERE WE ARE NATIONALLY. HOW WE GOT HERE AND WHAT MIGHT NEED TO BE DONE FIX THE PROBLEMS AS THEY EXIST TODAY. David Rhodes was born in the winter of 1951. Second generation of a career military family, David served through the Vietnam Conflict and also in Antarctica. He has taught in both middle and high schools, and most recently has worked as a critical care and emergency room RN. He has seen fraud, waste and abuse at multiple levels. He has known both heroes and frauds.
