Application was made by a number of gentlemen belonging to the Agricultural College and the Wellington Field Naturalists' Club for the formation of a Guelph Branch of the Entomological Society of Ontario. The request was very heartily ao ceded to, and the Branch was inaugurated with an initial list of twenty-four members.
