I've tried putting as much load as I possibly can on it and at peak I was getting about 970Mbps throughput, sending multiple files from multiple drives to multiple computers connected to the device, so it seems to work pretty well. Runs cool, no overheating problems at all.

Great for fast internet where WI-FI is to slow. Unit takes 200Mbps easy
Product works as it should. Tho the Product was different to the picture. The one I had ordered had lights across the front for each port that is used. The one I received only has a power light. So if any issues you wont be able to tell which port it is without unplugging each one.
Does exactly what it says. I just needed more ports and this was a perfect upgrade and very decent price.
Works as it is suppose too. I have had no problems with it.
Thanks.
Bought this to sit in our entertainment unit to connect: TV, Blu-ray, Amplifier, Apple TV, Xbox. Just plug and play, no issues and a super slim form factor for hiding away out of view.
Good product for home user, no need to set up before use and its really stable
I was looking for an 8 port switch I could simply plug in, wire up, and then forget. This TP-Link has filled that need perfectly.
No fuss, no bother, plugged 8 cables into it, switch it on, worked perfectly and hasn't faulted since.
This product is awesome. Just be aware that the model they show in the pictures is the older model. The new one looks very different, so if you intend on stacking it with other gear, choose a different product as the new version of this switch is slanted and not a rectangle
I'm running 2 or 3 of these and they work great. Good value for money
A good no fuss product, no bells or whistles, just does what it's supposed to do.
Been using this for a couple of weeks with no issues. Iperf tests performance between 5 clients at around 800–900 Mbit; pretty decent for the price.
Good product.
No problem getting it to work with a number of Gigabit devices. No PoE at this price point. AC pulgpack seems to run cool, and the Switch only has a slight temp rise in use. Lights blink on and off fairly fast to give reasonable indication of traffic.
Hard to fault it – if it's the form factor you want, it's cheap and does what it says.
Working well as expected.
