I have bought a couple of previous dvds of Tracys, and they have always been a little awkward to start with, until you get used to the moves – I found this dvd a lot harder and the moves are very fast and it definitely takes a lot longer to get used to the moves as they constantly change and feel like the voice over doesn't quite match some of the moves she does.
The DVD is broken up into 3 parts, with 2 x dance cardio sessions and the slim and sculpt cardio with the band.
I would say the 1st set of exercises is the easiest along with the cardio band at the end, when I attempted the 2nd session – I just couldn't keep up at all!
I would recommend this DVD for someone that has used the dance cardio dvd from Tracy Anderson OR someone who is really good at picking up moves quickly.
