You get what you pay for. I can hear other people, other people can hear me but apparently I am “quiet”. It's not horribly uncomfortable. If you are only using it for little bits here and there it'll do the trick. Took me some fiddling to get it to not fall off my ear because my ear is small compared to the earpeice.
