Description

A True Lawsuit Story This book based on the real-life events of an Asian-American Chiha used to write e-mails to Portland radio station when he was living in Seattle during the year 2000. He was e-mailing the 9X.5 FM radio station's midnight dedication to look for an American girl named Jenny-the first American girl he met when he attended Clark College back in 1999. Somehow, the radio station thought that Chiha's story was interesting and romantic since it can represent Washington and the Northwest. The radio station wanted Chiha to be an actor, singer or director to cooperate with them in making a movie. Chiha refused because he didn't want to be famous. The radio station started harassing him on the air, and more.... Chiha was in jail in 2003 because he got into a fight with the radio station personnel in order to stop the harassments. Now he is free, and wants to publish this book in order to (1) find Jenny; (2) look for a witness who heard the radio station DJ harass him on the air in the years between 2000-2003; (3) to file a lawsuit against the radio station; (4) to find volunteer actors from the Washington and Northwest area to help him with a digital film that he is developing.
