Sound is crisp, loud and clear. Very portable and I am keen to see how a second one would enhance this brilliant speaker.

Sound is crisp, loud and clear. Very portable and I am keen to see how a second one would enhance this brilliant speaker.
This has good bass for its size, and plays music fine. For voice content, such as streaming radio, talking books, films that are more about dialogue, I use the smaller Wonderboom every time, as it really comes into its own. I also have a Megaboom, which has much stronger bass, and as such is not good for voice content. Both are brilliant in their own way.
… What's with the start up and power off sounds- If there is a way I could switch them off or at least make them quieter, I'd give this speaker 5 stars.
Feels sturdy. Has some weight to it so it isn't going to be (literally) blown away outside. Sound is amazing. The best I've heard from any portable device. Turns off automatically after some inactivity which is why I'm guessing they have the on/off/bluetooth sounds.
UPDATE: Without a dedicated app for the Wonderboom, there's currently no way to toggle with speaker settings. There are only 3 UE apps and none (currently) work with the Wonderboom. Every UE speaker has an app.. except the Wonderboom. Yes, even the UE Roll has its own app!
