Volume 2 on the Central Powers examines Imperial German artillary, cavalry, machinegun, medical, transport, and infantry units. Other chapters explore Imperial Germany's Kriegsmarine (Navy), air service, and Kaiser and generals. Additional chapters cover Pickelhauben (spike helmets), stahlhelms, Iron Cross recipients, and tropical uniforms. Additionasl chapters include rare images of Ottoman Turkish armed forces, as well as Eastern European Legions. AUTHOR: Spencer Anthony Coil is a professor of business and diplomatic studies at the International University. He has conducted seminars, done some consulting and is frequently a guest speaker at major universities. He attended the Benedikitiner Gymnasium in Ettal, Bavaria and completed his Master of Business Administration at Lindenwood Inuversity. He was educated i Austria, Germany, the Netherlands and the United States. He is fluent in English and German and partially fluent in other languages as well.
