Author Biography:

PAUL BALCHIN is a reader in Urban Economics at the University of Greenwich. He is the co-author of Urban Land Economics and Public Policy, published by Macmillan in its fifth edition in 1995. - DAVID ISAAC is Professor of Real Estate Development at Greenwich University. He is the author of a number of texts in Property Investment and Development for Macmillan. - JEAN CHEN is a lecturer in Business Management at the University of Surrey.
