Description

In war, here be dragons. First Magus Brent Rogers has just been transferred from Fort Leavenworth to Afghanistan. His mission: to find out how and why a seemingly indestructible dragon died on an alleged suicide mission. Brent finds out that even dragons have secrets - and those secrets, if known, can kill them. Will Brent be like all the other wizards, and work for the Army, or will he keep the secrets of the dragons? His success - and maybe even his life - could depend on his decision.

Author Biography:

L. A. Jacob (also writing as Jake Logan) has been writing fiction for over 30 years. She has been involved with Ceremonial Magic, Wicca and Paganism, and now considers herself Unitarian. Under the Jake Logan name, she writes gay male fiction, such as romance, erotica, mystery, or urban fantasy. Under her own name, she writes fiction concerning magic and other urban fantasy, and military history. She lives in Rhode Island with her son and three cats.
