The Painboy is fantastically constructed with tubes to match certain positions on the model. I recommend a dry fit with blu-tack before glueing so that you can see where all the tubes match up on the model on the front and back. I wanted to mount the Painboy on a bike but realised this would be extremely awkward as he must be built as per the picture and cannot accomodate other poses. His surgical apron gets in the way when placed on a bike seat and it is quite an awkward thick piece to cut off the model.
