Each of us have experienced grief in some waywhether it was from the loss of a parent, child, spouse, grandparent, aunt, uncle, sibling, cousin, or best friend. This book of free verse poems, traditional poems, and random thoughts address the many stages of grief, emotions, concerns, and experiences I went through as a young, widowed woman. Although this book is written for widows, there are several poems in which everyone can relate. I invite you to travel with me through my journey of widowhood. The journey has yet to end, but its not as rocky as when I fi rst traveled that long, dreaded road!
