Great book – saw it at my doctors and thought I would buy myself a copy. No regrets. Clearly spells out how to go about eating a Low Carb, Healthy Fat diet. Has really nice recipes and inspiration for meal ideas so you don't end up stuck eating the same foods over and over. Helps you figure out what to have in your fridge and pantry too, which I found really helpful. And the NZ and Australian content was great too. I highly recommend this book, it's excellent.
