From fairy-tales to newspapers, Shaidornell Swer has always been a voracious reader and a book lover since his childhood. From running a private lending library together with his brothers, with a comic book collection of almost one thousand copies, to voraciously devouring the nuances of writing, the author has established his love for words and language times over. He presently lives in the picturesque hill station of Shillong with his wife Kamla, son Gideon, daughter Mishel and their darling dog, Zoe! Starting off as a high school teacher to being a college lecturer, he presently works as an environmental scientist. When he is not reading or writing, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends, listening to music, playing the guitar, watching action movies, feeding the dog and cleaning its potty!
