Description

I doubt you will ever come across a how-to book like this again! Hazel's approach is radically different. She asks the reader to really question their reasons for even considering property investment as means of escaping from, or at least supplementing their current means of earning a living. The early chapters cover this in considerable detail, so that you are left in no doubt that this writer has an important new approach for wannabe property tycoons to seriously consider. Readers are even encouraged to give the book away if they are not convinced they are making the right choice! Moving on, Hazel uses many examples and anecdotes from her own considerable experience to flesh out what she sees as the essential skills, knowledge and understanding that underpin becoming successful in this particular endeavour. She makes it plain that this is not a 'get-rich-quick' business, as it is so often touted by those trying to snare the uninitiated. Thinking, planning, organising, networking, etc. are all thoroughly dealt with in a clear, refreshing and highly readable style which is rarely encountered. By the time the reader has reached the end of the book, it would be surprising if he or she is not as highly motivated and enthusiastic as the author herself - and for precisely the same reasons. This volume provides the perfect jumping-off point for anyone who has 'ticked all the boxes' covered by this knowledgeable writer.
