This book, as well as Volume I, is a must-read for anyone who is interested in history and the military, and how post-traumatic stress disorder impacts survivors of trauma and their loved ones.

Author Biography:

Jerry Hall was born in St. Cloud, Minnesota. Upon graduation from North Dakota State University, he served for seven years in the United States Air Force. As a combat pilot, he flew more than 350 missions in Viet Nam, receiving numerous awards and decorations. After receiving an honorable discharge, he purchased a farm in upstate New York and lived there until 1978, when he returned to his native home with his family and founded an advertising and publishing company. In 2011, Hall contracted Stage IV lung cancer that was directly attributed to his exposure to Agent Orange in the war. He died on August 25, 2015.
