Description

We're all looking for Cloud Nine. Whether we're stressed by our jobs, our families and our lifestyles, or simply looking for the euphoric feeling of bliss, we're all searching. Whatever motives we have, expert yoga teacher Tara Fraser reveals how we can capture contentment, peacefulness, even bliss - and, what's more, hold onto them. Focusing on daily sequences of yoga postures, as well as longer sequences for the weekend, Tara shows you how to release mental and physical tensions and restore feelings of balance and serenity. Even if you're a complete beginner, you'll be able to follow the simple routines outlined, all of which can be fitted easily into your daily life. In addition, she provides 3-minute emergency stress busters for times when the going just gets too tough. With breathing exercises as well as meditations, visualizations and mantras, Tara shows us how we can find a simple yet extraordinarily effective way to chill out in our hectic world. Illustrated with superb artworks throughout, this is the perfect gift for your friends and family - or for youself.
