Author Biography

A one-time personal trainer, and a gym and triathlon enthusiast, Jonathan Monks has studied Astanga Vinyasa yoga for 12 years and pursued the idea of delivering the physical element of the discipline without the dogma. Jonathan teaches his unique form of exercise, "Yogamonks", at Danceworks in London, and to members of the Royal Shakespeare Company.
