Author Biography:

Dr Judith Chapman is a fully qualified Organisational Psychologist and has a PhD in organisational studies from the University of New South Wales. She has worked across most sectors - government, military, business, community and academe - and has coached, trained and educated thousands in the art and science of leadership. Currently director of You Can Lead Consultancy, Judith is also an adjunct professor at Griffith University's School of International Business and Asian Studies. She writes extensively on leadership and is highly regarded for her deep knowledge, insight and practicality.
