Author Biography:

Ceri Roderick is Head of Assessment at Pearn Kandola, and has been designing and delivering tough interviews for over 20 years. He works with blue chip companies and government departments, nationally and internationally, on all aspects of job assessment. Ceri is a regular press commentator and writes and presents regularly on assessment and leadership issues. Stephan Lucks is a Managing Psychologist at the business psychology consulting firm Pearn Kandola, with over 17 years experience in assessment development. He works with a variety of companies, developing skills assessment programmes for all levels of management. Stephan is a regular press contributor and an experienced author and conference speaker.
