I'm not a runner, never have been. Infact – in school, in running races I used to come first (at the other end). But I have been coming increasing interested in both looking into Zen and mindfulness and running. This book is the perfect book for someone like me as well as the conditioned runner looking for something to calm their emotions while running. I'm only halfway through the book but can't put it down. There's heaps of practical advise from someone who has already taken the path you are embarking on and can give you a few pointers on the do's and dont's.
