When Mac (Seth Rogen) and Kelly (Rose Byrne) discover that
their new next-door neighbours are none other than a University fraternity
club – led by charismatic president Teddy Sanders (Zac Efron) –
they try to play along and make the best of an awkward situation. But when the
frat’s parties grow increasingly more epic, both sides of the property line
begin to fend for their turf.

Aubrey Plaza (Parks and Recreation) stars in this zombie comedy film
which was a hit at the NZ International Film Festival. The film is about Zach
who is devastated after his girlfriend, Beth (Aubrey Plaza), unexpectedly dies.
When she suddenly rises from the dead, he sees it as a second chance and decides
to do and say every thing he wishes he had while she was still alive.

Budapest Hotel – releasing on September 3 on DVD and
Blu-ray
Written and directed by Wes Anderson, The Grand Budapest Hotel recounts
the adventures of Gustave H, a legendary concierge at a famous European hotel
between the wars, and Zero Moustafa, the lobby boy who becomes his most trusted
friend. The story involves the theft and recovery of a priceless Renaissance
painting and the battle for an enormous family fortune – all against the
back-drop of a suddenly and dramatically changing Continent.

Ways to Die in the West – releasing on September 25 on
DVD and Blu-ray
In Arizona 1882 nothing comes easy in the bitterly unforgiving Old West except
dying. Albert (Seth MacFarlane) is a soft man in hard times who really
doesn’t fit in. Adding to Albert’s distress and feelings of inadequacy, his
girlfriend (Amanda Seyfried) leaves him for the town’s moustache
groomer (Neil Patrick-Harris). When a mysterious and beautiful woman
(Charlize Theron) rides into town she helps him find his courage.
However, when her husband (Liam Neeson), a notorious outlaw, arrives
seeking revenge, the farmer must put his new found courage to the test.
