She founded the Literacy Promotion Road Show, which travels to schools all over South Africa to set up libraries. She lives in Dunbar, South Africa. Rachel Griffin's artwork has been recognized all over the world for its ornate detail that blends fabrics, beads, stamps and other unusual beads. Her passion for collecting infuses her work. Rachel has also illustrated The Twelve Days of Christmas and The Fabrics of Fairy Tale for Barefoot Books. She lives in Bristol, England, with her family.
