Juan Mann started his career at the age of 19. His dream was to become one of the world's greatest bartenders. He began working in an Italian restaurant that put him through the wringer, near his home town, Santa Clarita. "For the first six months the only thing I had to do was clean. I fixed my first Tom Collins a year later." Following his father's advice, he decided to attend bartender training courses during which he learned the real ins and outs and bartending. 20 years of real-life experience later, Juan has become one of the hottest and most sought-after bartenders in San Diego. He currently is living the dream and serving a celebrity clientele second to none.
