Debra K. Meyer is Professor in the School of Education at Elmhurst University, USA. Julianne C. Turner is Professor Emerita in the Department of Psychology at the University of Notre Dame, USA. Nancy E. Perry is Professor in the Department of Educational and Counselling Psychology and Special Education and Dorothy Lam Chair in Special Education at the University of British Columbia, Canada.
