Author Biography:

Timothy C. Hohn is the retired chair and instructor in the Horticulture Department at Edmonds Community College, where he taught for 22 years. Previously, he was the curator at the University of Washington Botanical Gardens that includes the Washington Park Arboretum, and was the first curator of plants for Wildlife Conservation International at the Bronx Zoo. He received a masters degree in public garden management with a minor in museum studies from the University of Delaware in 1986.
