Diablo III Collector's Edition previews

After listening and hearing about this via the Blizzcon events for the past 2 years. Blizzard have done well for themselves and the crowds who have waited for this not months but years are hyped.

I already have a grunty gamer PC and most gamers who want smooth gaming preface already look at what they need to have there games a pleasurable experience.

Also a tip you Got the Annual Pass with your World of Warcraft account and choose to add your Diablo's III Collector's Edition license key to the Battle.net account associated with your existing World of Warcraft Annual Pass promotion, you will receive all of the benefits associated with the Collector's E­dition, plus receive four months of World of Warcraft game time which is eligible towards your 12-month subscription commitment. After you purchase the Diablo III Collector's Edition you just need to input the product key into the Battle.net account associated with your World of Warcraft 12-month commitment and that account will then receive the next 4 months of World of Warcraft game time for free. The collector edition looks great (Especially the soul stone usb and diablo skull). The game is looking pretty good from all the previews, I just hope Matt Uelman is composing the soundtrack for the game.

Without adding much from the others, or to give to much away. I am currently Beta Testing this game. It is awesome. 5/5 all the way

The game looks good – but it appears not to allow offline singleplayer gameplay.

I also understand they will be introducing an official auction system to allow selling/buying items for real cash.

Purely a personal thing, but I'm not a big fan of those two aspects so might skip this one.

Stay a while and listen. I have Played Diablo 2 and the Expansion many times over, without a lie; at least 10 times on each class. I can not wait for this installment of the huge Diablo story to come out, even without the paladin (who was probably the most underated class in the game) i hope they bring him back in an expansion pack to destroy the undead once again.

Then I heard that it was online only, all the time. My Internet connection is not that great and I got really fed up with losing achievements in StarCraft because my Internet connection lost contact with their server halfway through a map, not to mention the three day wait to contact the Blizzard server to authenticate when I first bought it. I don't think that Diablo III will be any better at this, and because all the saves are online as well, I may find myself unable to restore or getting kicked out because the autosave fails. And to top it all off, if I play online, I'm going up against the rich American kids who've bought their Diablo III items at the official online auction. Thanks, but no thanks.

Eagerly awaiting the release been a long time coming and looks like an amazing collectors edition

From what ive seen from Blizzard, Diablo 3 looks like it's going to be well worth the wait! The Collectors Edition looks great too! The Demon Skull looks bad-ass with the slot for the Soul Stone portable USB with Diablo 2 installed on it!

This game is going to be Amazing!!!!!Bliz­zard never disappoints its fans, it only astounds and satisfies them!!!!!I can't wait to see when the release date is, because that's the day that my barbarian character from Diablo II resumes his life!!!!!!!

The first Diablo was quite dark and IMO in some ways better than Diablo II in that way. I was really looking forward to III but the more I see the more it looks like “World of Diablo” with I think too much being borrowed from World of Warcraft. Like they and sadly many other game development projects use the successful wow type graphics, color palette and UI as a base.

Can't blame them really, wo9w has been such a massive success. But I can't stand it and I can't stand how so many games try and replicate it, and I don't think it was a good direction for Diablo to go. I think it should have been made with more realistic graphics and a darker more Gothic feel.

Sure it will be a huge success, but I wont be rushing in to get it.

I don't care how much this sucker is, I must have it! Diablo II was awesome and it looks like Diablo III is going to be EPIC!!!

No he isn't composing for this game, so that's a massive disadvantage already.

Most people are after another trashy MMO, and I'm sure they'll be happy, whatever the game turns out like. As long as it has the ‘Diablo’ brand plastered on it.

But for the people who want an atmospheric, story driven RPG, I'm not so sure.

I hope this isn't World of Diablo.

No single player mode- only online- if this is true… It is really dissapointing… :(

I have a Toshiba Satellite laptop with 2GB of RAM which I doubt will cut the mustard specs wise in meeting the games demands on a system. Shame it's not out for console, tho I am such a CE addict, and that one copy each CE looks so temptingly gorgeous that I am tempted to just pre order the thing, only so I can gaze lovingly at the boxart when it arrives next year and wistfully imagine what could have been…sigh

Have been waiting for this for years, played part 1 & 2 to death and was wondering when they would get around to releasing this, now I find you can only play it with an online connection, pffft what a waste, they should know by now not everyone has a constant stable connection and all they want to do is play the game at home by themselves. Oh well it looks like I might as well cross this off my shopping list. Blizzard you used to do well, but this is a big drop of the ball, so many customers lost for this one. :(

OMG sick as goty fro sure

I was hanging for this game after playing Diablo 2 about a million times, So I preordered Diablo 3, now I have found out you must be connected to the internet to play it, I am really not happy, I hate playing online games and I also do not have a constant connection to the internet, Settlers 7 had a permanent online connection as well and I played a total of 30 minutes before getting so angry that I never played it again, and have vowed never to buy a UniBlue game again. Now Blizzard has destroyed there game by forcing people to be Connected to the Internet to play it. Another great game destroyed by idiots in charge!
