Description

Did I Mention I Need You? is the second instalment in the trilogy. It has been two years since Eden first spent her summer in Santa Monica and within this time she has moved permanently to the city with her mother. Tyler's tour has wrapped up and he is spending the summer in New York to relax before coming home, so Eden is invited out to enjoy her summer in the Big Apple alongside him. This time, they are alone with no parents, and it is almost impossible for them to act nonchalantly about their feelings towards each other.Did I Mention I Need You? shows Tyler and Eden progressing from a summer fling into something much more serious, and admitting to themselves that there's no point in pretending that there's nothing between them. Over the summer, we watch as they fall even more in love with each other despite the numerous challenges placed in their way, and when they travel home to Santa Monica in a relationship, they decide to tell their parents the truth. It doesn't go as expected and Eden's father is livid at the idea, resorting to kicking them both out of the house in disgust. Did I Mention I Need You? draws a close with Tyler dropping a bombshell on Eden. He doesn't think he can handle being in a relationship with his step-sister and decides it's best that he just gets over her, so he packs up and leaves. Eden nor the readers know where he is going, and it continues to remain a mystery until later in the third and final novel.
