Craig Howard is Assistant Professor of Educational Psychology & Counseling in the College of Education, Health & Human Sciences at the University of Tennessee Knoxville, USA. John Baaki is Assistant Professor of STEM Education and Professional Studies in the Instructional Design and Technology Program at Old Dominion University, USA.
