Author Biography:

Stefi Mac is the author of the It's Great to Be Gluten-Free book series, brand founder, and face behind Operation: Bridge the Gap. She's also a sucker for gluten-free cheesecake. She gets giddy anytime she drives past the shop that sells the best gluten-free sourdough in town, much to the amusement of her coeliac daughter. When she isn't tracking down the best food finds, she's probably tucked away in her den multitasking various unfinished projects, watching true crime, or dreaming of the day Genevieve Gorder suddenly pops up out of nowhere and takes over her home's interior. She's an enthusiastic member of Coeliac Australia. A Hashimoto soldier. And, a fierce advocate amongst a young gluten-free community. Kat Fox is the talented illustrator behind the 'It's Great to Be Gluten-Free' book series and ig2bGF Kids Club characters. Her creative journey began as a small child in the UK, where her world was filled with pencils and texters. Now based in Australia, Kat is an award-winning children's book illustrator and art teacher, taking a playful and fun approach to her work. She's fabulously gluten-free. She's a wife and loving mum to three creative crazies and two fur babies. There's never a dull moment in the KATTY house!
