Author Biography:

Rick Riordan (www.rickriordan.com) is the author of the New York Times #1 best-selling The Kane Chronicles, Book One: The Red Pyramid, Book Two: The Throne of Fire, and Book Three: The Serpent's Shadow. His other novels for children include the New York Times #1 best-selling The Heroes of Olympus series, as well as the five books in the New York Times #1 best-selling Percy Jackson and the Olympians series. He lives in Boston, MA. Orpheus Collar (www.orpheusartist.com) is a storyboard artist and illustrator who received his BFA from the Maryland Institute of Art. He adapted, illustrated, and colored the New York Times best-selling The Red Pyramid, The Graphic Novel. He also drew layouts for The Lightning Thief, The Graphic Novel, and has contributed his coloring skills to numerous titles including The Amazing Spider-Man and Ultimate X-Men. Orpheus lives in Los Angeles.
