Author Biography:

Lebanese restauranteurs Liza and Ziad Asseily opened Liza Paris in 2005 and Liza Beirut in 2013. Located in a former nineteenth-century palace in the Ashrafieh District and lavishly decorated, this upscale restaurant was selected as one of the most beautiful restaurants in the world by Conde Nast Traveller.
